CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

Mmmmm well, I can say that The Study programme of career was change, because I started in 2012 and has passed a lot time. I have always thought about the subjects that could to have for example: Theory of Color, Pictorial material of the arts. In my career I remember that was 4 years, the first two years was "basic cycles" where we learned about theory and history but generals tips, and in the followingd years we could elect the line that we wanted following. I always think this curriculum was a little messy and scattered because my classmates selected "a little of everything" and this hurt to the specialization that they wanted to make. 
In really, I didn't like never the building and infrastructure of my faculty because it is in very bad state. I remember that one day someone said me that: the faculty of arts was a cellar. And I could understand the form of the insfrstructure, because the classroom and workshops-rooms is not suitable spaces. The rooms are only adapted and its materials of contructions is very poor. I don't like the faculty, I think that the intitution does not do much for this. Also, the use of technology is poor, Is little the electronic devices that the faculty have for the students, the computers are in poor condition. I feel that is little the care of the material things, being that they are very useful. I hope that the things changes for good. The teaching methods in general is optimum, only some teacher have problems with their methods, but this problem is being solved every year. 
I difficult think about the changes because all the years the autorities have different politic program or they only development some parts and the whole job is not done.

English Language Challenges

Hello, well, the theme of English language is complicate because is one of the things difficult for me. In general, all the language difficult me, to exception Spanish because is my mother tongue. And in this years when I had English, I didn't have goods qualifications. Although, I have to learn a lot English, in this last year, English level 3 and English level 4. I feel that I could learn English in form very slow. My experience learning English in university was a little frustrating because was the only subject that reprobates and this fact was that I was late for a year and I couldn’t graduate from my career, I remember that I studied a lot but it wasn't reflected in my qualifications in English level 2 and English level 3, in this lastest level was when I reprobates. I was very sad. 

In the letter levels, I could make Blogs and this experiences help me a lot, because I learned new words, a little the order of sentences in English, also, I learned with new words to can speak with this, I can memorize and use them when I listening or speak in English, I believe that The Blog is very useful because, the person can to practice the language.

I believe that one aspect of my English that need to be improved is Listening and vocabulary, with two point I could “handle myself better” and for this, I need to practice more and Outside the English class I practice with a the application of my cell phone for learn English, also, I tried, every time I can, to read text in English. I believe that I will learn to listen and understand English when I can be in a country where the language is spoken.

Summer Plans

Hi!  

The last weekend, I visited Valparaiso with my boyfriend and we were four days in this city. Well, this weekend was as a bit holiday. And I hope that this summer can be repeat. Valparaiso is a place that I visited many time, and is a place very comfortable. I like the mix with the sea and the mountain. Of course that I would like to travel with my boyfriend and to visit to my cousin. My cousin is call Cristina and she lives in "Cerro San Roque". I hope that we can be together in her home! Also, I would like to visit a other friends but I hope that they will be there. 

Well, as I know the city, this summer I want to walk for the beach in the day and the night. I think that I will have not many calm because in the summer the beach is with many people! but in the night is more empty. Other thing is go to see the sea lions in the Muelle Varon, I like it! Is very funny and I always see their for the long time. Other animals that I like it, is the seagulls because its squawk is stranger, the sound is as the laughter of an elderly lady

 If I want to travel to Valparaiso, I will have to work and I get the money together because in the present I haven't money, or the other option is to ask money to my mother jijijij but only a little. And, also I hope can to stay for 1 week or a little more because I need holiday and go out of this capital. I believe that Santiago is bored and its air is very contamined. I need a new air!

My favorite pieces of art

Hello Classmates!

Today, I will write about  my favorite piece of art. Well, the piece of art is of Lucio Fontana, and its name is Attese 1963-1964. Lucio is an artist italian-argentinian, he created the "White Manifesto" and he was in the  "Spacialist movement" in Italy. He also worked with sculpture and ceramic. But in its pieces, "Attese 1963-964", he mixed the painting with of sculpture. I say this because, the support is a canvas of painting  and the sharp or punch is of sculpture.

I describe the piece of arts because is a little difficult for understand. Well, The piece is one withe canvas without paint, with eights irregular cuts  or "Tagli" (is cuts in italian), in vertical form. Its pieces of art is one work the collection "Concetto Spaziale".

And I like it because is very simple in its technical because he only used one canvas and sharp. Nevertheles Fontana with this to create one new definition spatial. He play in the piece of art, he kick off the illusion of the classic piece of art and he occupy the canvas like "the real space with real act". Also, I like it because the author played with the light and shadow in the cuts. I can to say that in its work is the fissure like beyond or as that the "it's couldn't watch".

I believe that is a piece very interesting because he could with this "dematerialize the pieces of art" (of easel).

Postgraduate studies!

Hello

Well, I have spoken about my future study or “postgraduate course” in the previous post, because today I study one career about teoric of art and is different with that I practice in the present. And is very necessary that I have to do a the course of Conservation and Restoration, the problem is that this postgraduate course is more teoric, is very little the practice. I believe that is important the part teoric, but if is a postgraduate course should help for the work, I speak about the experience.

If I can to find one postgraduate course more practical, I would like to have subject about Chemistry and biology in the paper, I would like to learn about chemicals solvents. I believe that this point is very specifics but, this subjects is important because is the themes that “professionalize” in this discipline. And for this is necessary that I must travel to the abroad because in the other country this discipline is more technic, and this I need. Well, for this I would have that to go a presential classes, when I have to learn directly with the material. I would like to have classes for one semester, everyday.

Well, I always try not to idealize or make expectations, I hope to find one course that has one of characteristics mentioned!

My future Job

Hello!

Well, I always think about my future job and I think than is very complicated, but I will be not negative jijijj. I would like to have a job about my practice. And this is about conservation of paper and olds books. In my present, I am work and study in the Archivo Central Andrés Bello, specifically in the laboratory of conservation of patrimony, and I like me too much this kind of job!! I enjoy too much conserver the old books. Also, I would like to job in Binding. In this two job I would have than to job indoor, because I would need a stable place and thus, I would can to have my tools and my papers <3 , cardboard and other things. 

I very necessary to have a place indoor because the things must be in good conditons. In outdoor , the tools and papers not last too much. In this job, the person should travel because in this country the Conservation is very poor and in others country, this job is very values

Well, I believe than the job about the books is very interesting, and this interested to start in my career, when I saw the books very damages or poorly maintain, and I don't like to see like this. I feel than a damaged book is sad. Today, I hope work in this!

Well, I like this movie because has a futuristic style and a cyberpunk style but always with the dark atmosphere uhuhuhu, into the movie address the fight between Human and Replicants, and this movie is not exception, also has one love story together Rachel (one replicant) and Rick Deckard (one human). Is very romantic, but I don't like this jajajaja I think than is a little cliché.

 I prefer the principal problem and is: how the same creation of the human can out of control  . I believe than is my interpretation but it is not out of the story. Also I like the soundtrack because used the music of Vangelis, and is one masterpiece!. Really, I recommend this movies, because has very good resources for its period although I believe than my pleasure also affect in this jajaja it is not very objective of my part...

I hope than see my recommend, is funny and gripping!

Pets

Hello

Well in the actuallity I haven't a pet but i would like to have one a little cat and one a little dog. 

I say than when I was children live in my grandparent's house and in this home there was a little dog, his name was Wolf and he was as pompom and I remember than he ran for the all garden. I also remember that my mother called like this: "Wolf", also I remember that he played with my friends in the park. 

Also I remeber than my cousins has one cat, her name was "Brigitte" as the actress: "Brigitte Bardot" jajaja and I didn't like me because i was scared his claws. But today I like the cats. I like the pets and I believe than is as children but less "loud-mouthed" jijiji. 

Well, the theme about exotic pets is delicate matter because depend of the adaptation and I believe that is luxury, for their sustain. And I feel that is a little cruel kick off to the animal of th habitat, is very crazy but, is as the human, when is kick off without their consent, -although is different but I believe that it can be the similar situation, not equal- Well, finally I can say that I like the Pets, and I hope have one!

A country I'd like to visit

Hello guys

Today I 'm going to talk about the country that I like to visit. Well, these country is Italy or Spain because this is important center of the conservation and restoration. In Italy specifically, develops restoration in painting generally and in Spain it develops the conservation and restoration in paper. I would like to study in this countries and then come back to Chile for work in this
disciplines. In particular I would like learn the conservation of paper and this desicion prioritize Spain. I would like to study and I to have a practice about the theme, also I would like to visit or sightsee the parts more "famed" of the zone, I believe that to is very bored go to the country without knowing. Finally I can says that I would't like work all my life in other country. If all this will possible, I would like to work in this practice and in investigation always in Chile.

My autobiography

Hello Classmates

Today, I'm going to write about me. Well, my name is Daniela Sierra and I was born in Santiago, Chile, in november, 12th 1990. I studied in the school and its name is Colegio Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús and I was there all my childhood and my youth. Then, I started to study Graphic design for 4 years, but I couldn't pay this career. And after, I wanted to study "Teoria e historia del Arte", and I could study because I won a scholarship.

Well, in the other side, in my family are three persons: my mother, my brother and me. And we are very  independent. We are work in different thing, for example: my mother is nursemaid, my brother is seller and I'm student. But into of my free time, I made notebooks or I made restoration and conservation of old books, and I like it, because I hope to be restorer of old books.
